Cisco is correct. Using their stock firmware, it will not pass dhcp through
the router. The router will intercept and provide. It is doubtful that
turning off dhcp serving will "just work".
However, the Linux based non-cisco images will allow much more flexibility.
Be sure to attend the ALE meeting with Charles Shapiro speaking on how to
run alternate firmware on the wrt54g series.
Don't see that date on the web site.... Though it was soon.
