[ale] Nvidia Hit With Securities Lawsuit Over Bad Graphics Chips
Doesn't matter how good your past engineering is if your current engineering
mistakes are attempted to be glossed over by bad management.
I forget where I saw the quote but it went something like "1% of all
business mistakes are caused by bad timing, employee error and Murphy's Law.
99% of all business mistakes are caused by management failing to make the
right decision."
And thus was born the 6 Sigma movement...
