Magic KDE 4.1 "show all windows" option:  Move mouse pointer to far upper LH
corner of display. Controlled in System Settings->Desktop->All
Effects->Present Windows.  The action is ignored if no windows are open.

KDE 4.x R00LZ.  All others Dr00l.   With the possible exception of XFCE, of
course..
