[ale] Mac Mail not showing INBOX

Employee got a new Mac and is running Mac Mail using IMAP to our server
running dovecot.  The problem is that I can see her IMAP folders but can
not see INBOX.  INBOX is equivalent to /var/spool/mail/user and shows up
in Evolution and Outlook on Linux and Windows.
