I had a similar problem with AT&T a couple months back. Turns out that
they take the old shotgun approach to spam filtering. They block huge
netblocks and cause collateral damage. I simply configured my servers to
reject any mail from AT&T with a statement saying that I couldn't accept
mail from a company with such an asshat approach to spam filtering and
encouraged them to complain to their provider.
I only had to put the block in for a few hours before they removed my
IP from their blacklist.
