I have been absolutely amazed with Mandriva powerpack 2009.  I'm slowly 
  moving all my boxes to it.  On my old sony laptop (Pentium 4), 
everything just worked.  I'm about to put it beside OSX and Red Hat 5 WS 
on my Mac.
