[ale] SFC wins default judgement against GPL violator

summary is Don't Mess with the Software Freedom Law Center.
Westinghouse was already in the process of breaking up in the
atmosphere, so SFLC and Busybox are joining the long line of
creditors. Still, a good precedent.
