[ale] test to see if list accepts embedded images

Jim,

Thanks for the tip.  That little image I sent was 7K so I guess I'll have 
to watch how many I include.  Once I collect my thoughts a bit, I'm going 
to post some Virtualbox procedures.  I'll leave it up to you all as to 
whether it should go on the wiki.
