[ale] Apache on Centos

Hi

When, using a browser, I point to a jpg file in a directory on a 
server that is running apache on Cygwin, it loads 
immediately.  However, when I use another server running apache on 
Centos to do the same thing, many times it will hang.  A reload of 
the browser will usually bring it down.

Can anyone give me a "fix" for this?
