[ale] toast-horde qmail mysql

Anyone have any experience with this mail application?  Does it use 
mysql?  This is on an old box Fedora 1, that's right, 1.

When it boots, mysql service fails to start.  When users attempt to log 
into the webmail interface, passwords always fail, which I assume might 
be related to the mysql failure?
