Okay here is the funny story.
They sold me a 2Y Extended Service Plan. That plan starts the day of
purchase! I was not informed of this. When I got the email that stated
11/28/2009 -> 11/28/2011 I was furious.
I've been on the phone for 30 minutes and I have to call back in 24
hours to cancel the transaction.
Why would I pay $99 for a 2Y warranty with 1 year already gone? Does
this make any sense?
