[ale] RHEL 5.4 won't update to 5.5

I've got an old box that has not been up for about 6 months.  I turned 
it on to update it and noted it's running rhel 5.4:

Both yum and pup say not updates available.

I don't get this, I'm sure that my laptop updated from 5.4. to 5.5 via pup.

Anyone?
