Sounds like some of the stories I have heard out of the unionized northeast about having to wait for union movers to rack servers and union electricians to plug up the power cables.  Inefficiency at the peak of unproductiveness..:)

That's pretty bone-headed. Maybe the sweets guys were immune to the smell of cinnamon but allergic to gluten :-)
