[ale] CUPS Problem

Just upgraded wife's machine from Ubuntu 10.04 to Linux Mint 13.  She 
locally prints postage from the Pitny-Bowes website.  First attempt 
under Mint, she gets an error message that says (I'm paraphrasing), 
"Printer is marked 'shared,' but is not 'published'"  What does 
"published" mean, and how do I do it?
