[ale] [OT] Dual WAP Network for a large, older building?

I'm helping our church set up better network coverage. Our building is
older and somewhat spread out.

My first thought was to see if I could set up 2-3 WAPs connected to the
upstream vendor router. I'd like to use MAC filtering and whatever other
security we can to prevent squatters outside the building.

The flip side is to figure out low maintenance processes so others can take
care of it.

Thoughts?
