I have a 1000VA UPS (APC SmartUPS XS 1000 with USB management interface) 
whose battery won't charge.? APC support says a new battery(~$35 
generic, $60 APC brand (RBC123)) will probably revive it, but I no 
longer need it, so am offering it up for the greater Ale good.

Free for the taking - first come first serve -- send me an email and we 
can arrange pickup. (location is in the Northlake Mall / Tucker area).
