	Course, what that bullshit means is that the propaganda gets
	even more brazen. The DEA (or any other govt mafia) will keep
	doing whatever they want AND now they will pretend they are not
	spying and point to the 'law' that 'bans' them from spying as
	'proof' that they are not spying.  Orwell would be proud.
