Innocent until proven guilty. That's the way it's supposed to work in 'Merica.
that's the way it MUST work in any normal society/person's head. Otherwise it's medieval inquisition. Period.

I absolutely agree with your statement. Â Too many people forget that "beyond a reasonable doubt"and "innocent until proven guilty" are simply terms which apply to the American (and British, and others)legal systems, and don't automatically apply to all other human interaction. Â (That doesn't mean that we should somehowadopt "guilty until proven innocent").Â
