Are you talking about:

That does indeed seem to be gone (sigh; one would think an organization like
SIGComm would be a bit better about trashing archives), but I suspect most of
the material is still available here:

 http://userweb.cs.utexas.edu/users/chris/DIGITAL_ARCHIVE/

What in particular are you looking for?
