As part of my RFC blog research, I came across figures 3 and 4 from RFC 178
at the Computer History Museum's archives. These have been missing from the
official transcription <https://www.rfc-editor.org/rfc/rfc178.txt> made in
1999, listed as "(Omitted due to complexity)".
