Anyone aware of status in Oaxaca since the quake?

Sorry to use the list this way but information is hard to come by. I'm 
wondering if anyone has any insight with respect to the power and data/cell 
situation in Oaxaca Mexico since the quake.
Off list replies are fine if that's better.
