Hi,
If you want all open source, there are a couple of options:
Cacti + weathermap - native-ish integration
Librenms + weathermap - This one doesn't have netflow/sflow but is based on interface's bandwidth (SNMP)
Nfdump + weathermap - you would have to integrate it yourselves and probably use something like ELK stack for dashboards.

   Hi,
We're looking for suggestion for a "cost effective" sFlow/NetFlow solution with dynamic Weathermap for a MAN.
As the usual most open source solution got grabbed by corporation and put behind paywall without much development.
ntopng seems to be a good candidate we might try it with a site but with when your basic interconnect are 40Gb... that ain't gonna fly.
   Thanks.
