Petition the RIR's (and IETF?) to set up a HE 
like service for 'micro' 
end-users?  Self-registration and $4.99/year gets 
you a pseudo-GUA /48 to keep forever but 
currently understood as not accepted by your ISP. 
Some day maybe there will be an efficient way to provide global reachability.
