DHS letters for fuel and facility access



We (Verizon not me) lost a central office during 9/11 because it ran out of fuel - the tankers were staged but weâ??re not allowed to enter Manhattan.  

This clears that pathway for us now, and itâ??s fairly standard protocol since.
