I'm currently building colo's in the Caribbean. Quite a nightmare to build using the same as the US or European standards. Local
labor isn't much aware of international standards in these areas. Same goes with customs, they have a very hard time understanding
what we are importing and there "quick guide" doesn't contain our stuff therefore they don't know how to tax us. Many other problems
too...
