Bend radius should be able to be gleaned from the manufacturers
site.
I would also recommend looking at 'six pack' cable, cable with
6 ethernet cables bound in a sheath. You -can- put them through
singly, but I wouldn't recommend it.
Also, it might be cheaper to look at running some fiber
between some switches vs. running all of that copper.
It could save you money in conduit as well. Landlords charge
by the diameter AND the foot for conduit, typically leased.
