DATACENTER: Fiber Trays

Back on the subject of Fiber Trays/Ducts - 

all my research shows that it is outragously priced, probably because
the vendors can get away with it. That Panduit stuff is a 6 ft piece of
PVC that can't be worth more than $7, somehow they manage to charge $40
for it. In a large (e.g. 50,000 sq. ft.) this could cost a fortune....
ADC and the rest are even more expensive, though there the price is a
little more justified since their stuff is very sturdy and nicely
done...

Anyone interested in combining efforts to custom make a cheaper
solution? We'll need sufficient quantity to make it worthwile...
