DATACENTER: Fiber runway

I hope there is someone out there on this list.....

I was wondering if anyone would like to recommend a good and reasonably
priced fiber runway product suitable for a datacenter environment where
cable is run over the top in a cable runway.

So far I've only been able to find these - 

Panduit Fiberduct

Kind of cheesy, very expensive - 3.53/foot or 11.53/foot for plenum,
doesn't have any kind of a "downspout" solution for coming out of the
duct and dropping down from the runway to the rack to your equipment.

Seems very nice and flexible. This is the stuff that Worldcom uses here
at MAE-East. Very expensive.

Telect
http://www.telect.com/lines/fiber/lineinfo/cms.cfm. Looks very neat,
don't know how much it costs, probably expensive too....
