If buying more than one of the BICSI publications I would suggest
becoming a BICSI member.  The member discount will more than pay
for the cost of the membership.  You also get a 25% discount on
EIA/TIA standards.

In general for these types of technical books I've found Amazon.com
is one of the most expensive sources.  Computer Literacy, Borders,
or the organizations themselves tend to have better pricing.  Of course,
don't forget a nearby large public or university library.  For example,
St. Louis Public Library has all the ANSI, and many other standards
on CD-ROM which you can print for 25cents per page.  That is much less
than what Global Engineering charges for copies of standards.
