One reason these are listed is to have something you can get a racketeer on
just by proving they even received money not disclosed, whether or not they
actually commited any illegal acts. All the good mobsters go down to tax
fraud.

Illegal income. Illegal income, such as stolen or embezzled funds, must be
included in your gross income on line 21 of Form 1040, or on Schedule C or
Schedule C-EZ (Form 1040) if from your self-employment activity.
Kickbacks. You must include kickbacks, side commissions, push money, or
similar payments you receive in your income on line 21 of Form 1040, or on
Schedule C or Schedule C-EZ (Form 1040) if from your self-employment
activity.
