You might check with Telocity - www.telocity.com.

For Comcast (TV Guide says they're the cable provider for Paulding Cnty),
try www.comcastonline.com for their @home service. There's a link to plug
in a zip code to check for service - I believe you have to follow
the 'sign up' link.
