[ale] Date passed to webmail

When I use Netscape's mail, the message date is normal.  When I use my
webmail account, the year is not "2001" but "101", a big problem when
messages are sorted by date.

This happens with both Netscape and Mozilla.  This is NT-based webmail,
but where is the problem?  When the ISP "borrows" my account and sends
me mail, it has the correct date.
