[ale] mime.types for netscape screwed

Hi,

I had a heavily customized navigator apps config that seemes to
have disappeared.  I simply copied /etc/mime.types to ~/ and
Navigator appears to have clobbered my customized settings.  Are
my original settings saved anywhere?  (Yes, I removed
~/mime.types [it wasn't there originally, either] but that hasn't
solved the problem.)
