I had a similar problem with an Asus board. Turned out it was a memory
issue. I did run memtest86 and it tested my memory just fine. I ran the
test for an entire weekend. I out the memory in another system and it
worked just fine. I ended up getting memory from crucial. Its been up
ever since I put the memory from crucial in.
