SlashDot today says that Dell dumps its Bangalore call support center,
following complaints from customers being unable to understand the accents
(poor English) and the people giving scripted responses rather than
intelligent and educated help.

Be sure when you talk to support people to ask where they are located.
If they refuse to answer, ask if they're located in the U.S.  Then
file complaints and take future business elsewhere if you don't like
the answer.
