[ale] Diebold ATMs breached

Diebold's ATMs were compromised by a Windows virus.  I think that this
indicates that Diebold is incompetent at system and work security,
given the importance of security in ATMs.

I submit that this makes Diebold unsuitable as a vendor for electronic
voting machines where the stakes are far higher, especially as this
contradicts Diebold's claims of computer security ability.
