You've got few options there.

1. bring your box to one of the ALE meetings and you'll very likely get 
help.  Just post to the list that that is what you'd like to do.

2. Find a kind soul who is familiar with Gentoo and has some time on 
their hands to come by and assist.

3. Post questions/problems you're having to the list, and get help to 
resolve your problems.

1 and 3 are more likely the 2, although you might get lucky. :)
