[ale] better selinux backup options

Redhat current recommends star as the backup method for SELinux-enabled
systems. I use it.  I'd like to see if others have better alternatives. One
'extra' option I like to see in particular is dumping and restoring of the
Conext only. This way, I can do a regular tar and keep the context-dump
seperate & handy.
This'd come extremely handy for RPM spec script to enable SELinux for some
applications unaware of SELinux.
