surveillance side effects

this one time a tap was placed on a residential fiber line,
 however the tap was routing based which identified the sudden latency increase,
  as all paths now went on a hairpin back east before reaching
intended destination.

yesterday another new side effect by chance:
 wife was sexting and MMS delayed; finally received.
  receiver noticed sender was not in doubt, but origin number got the
interdiction point rather than original. (!!!)

so if you suddenly see 917.506.xxxx in your MMS origin, that out of
state indicator is scrutiny of the intervention variety - not just
observation - time for onions only! :P
