Collateral damage from all of this, as detailed in
http://blog.icann.org/2011/01/status-report-on-the-dns-in-egypt/
is that the Arabic script top-level domain .masr (???)
has been unavailable since the 27th, since it is is operated by NTRA of Egypt.
