You will also want to check out the various books and manuals from BICSI
(http://www.bicsi.com). The one on my desk is the Telecommunications
Cabling Installation Manual, 2nd Ed. There is a specific section on
Grounding and Bonding. BICSI also has other publications which go into
much more depth, such as the Telecommunications Distribution Methods
Manual, 8th Ed.
All BICSI publications (at least as far as I have seen) also point you to
the appropriate standard (ISO, EIA/TIA, ANSI, etc.).
