Great points. Yelling at a clerk is purely masturbatory in nature; it doesn't 
do anything useful but it sure feels good. A manager has to be involved. 

What really sucks is when you get a manager that is a lump of coal. Or worse,
regurgitates his well-rehearsed recording like the Best Buy yipper did. I could
just see him using his training when my friend was complaining -- it was 
obvious; which is unfortunate but not surprising. He did a good job of shelter-
ing upper management, obviously an aspect of his training as well. 

I think it is just best to avoid Best Buy entirely. Perhaps we should compile
a list of establishments to avoid and why. It could be moderately amusing.

Oh, did anyone notice that they aren't carrying the Sony Wega TVs? Only
Circuit City and Sears have them so far that I've seen. Which leaves me
with Sears, since I won't buy anything from Circuit City (DIVX). In case
you were wondering, Robbie, I think that's your cue! :-D
